1) CANVAS OR OTHER ARTWORKS

For a happy customer we have to create the largest online selection
of inspirational designs, size and color variations.
Because of the large variety and size policy,
we produce each Canvas Art or other Wall Art individually and fresh after customer order.
Since we do not stock or store inventory, we are unable to accept returns
or exchange one artwork for another. For this reason, we cannot provide refunds for Wall Arts.

2) APPAREL PRODUCTS

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 100 days to send your item back - FREE.

To make a return, simply mark the items you are returning
on the return form that came with your package, pack what you are returning
and use the enclosed return label to return your items. If you’re missing a return label,
please contact us directly via Email: return@greattness.com

IMPORTANT: Your refund can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.

Yes of course. We are happy to exchange the canvas for a larger / smaller size.
Exchange requests within 24 hours of purchase can be made,
please open a request via email: support@greattness.com

Be sure to write EXCHANGE MY SIZE as the email subject line.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal.

Our English website only sells canvas art in inches.

12" x 18" (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)

18" x 24" (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)

30" x 40" (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)

40" x 60" (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)

In the event that the product arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service within 48 hours after delivery.
We'll replace it for you right away. Please take a few photos of the damage,
open a request via email: support@greattness.com

LOST SHIPMENTS

In the event of a shipment that is lost due to an error by the carrier (and after the carrier's complaint process has been completed),
Greattness.com will immediately resend the ordered product.
